1. Using OORSVP
You must provide accurate booking and event information and use OORSVP only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for information and media you submit and for obtaining any permissions needed to use guest details, photographs, music, logos, and other content.
2. Services and approvals
Project scope, pricing, delivery estimates, included revisions, and event requirements are confirmed during booking. Delivery depends on timely payment, complete customer details, and customer review. Preview material must be checked carefully before final approval.
3. Payments
Payments are handled through the displayed checkout or an approved OORSVP payment method. A booking is not treated as paid until the payment provider or OORSVP staff confirms it. Refunds, cancellations, and special payment arrangements require staff review and may be subject to the agreed project terms and work already completed.
4. Messenger assistant
Messenger replies may be AI-assisted. Automated replies provide sales and booking guidance but do not independently confirm payments, approve refunds, or modify final invitation work. OORSVP staff may take over a conversation when human review is appropriate.
5. Availability
We work to keep the website and invitation pages available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, service-provider incidents, security issues, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
6. Intellectual property
OORSVP retains ownership of its software, templates, branding, and original design elements. Customers retain rights in content they provide and grant OORSVP permission to use that content to deliver the requested service.
