OORSVP ("OORSVP," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital invitations, RSVP tools, event-related services, customer support, and booking assistance. This Privacy Policy applies to oorsvp.com, our Facebook Page and Messenger experience, and related services that link to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use OORSVP, we may collect:
- Contact and booking information, such as names, email address, phone number, wedding or event date, and event details.
- Invitation and RSVP information, including guest names, attendance responses, meal or seating details, messages, photos, and other content supplied for an event.
- Messenger information, including your Facebook-scoped user ID, profile or display name when available, messages, attachments, delivery events, and conversation history.
- Payment information, such as order number, amount, payment status, gateway reference, and payment proof. Payment providers process the actual payment credentials; OORSVP does not need to store your complete card, bank, or e-wallet credentials.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, cookies, and similar diagnostics.
- Advertising and analytics events, including interactions measured through Meta Pixel when it is enabled.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide Messenger or staff-assisted customer support.
- Prepare quotations, bookings, digital invitations, RSVP pages, and event services.
- Process and verify orders and payments and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
- Measure advertising performance and understand how customers find and use OORSVP.
- Comply with legal, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.
3. Messenger and AI-assisted replies
When you message our Facebook Page, Meta sends the message and related Page-scoped identifiers to OORSVP. Our Messenger assistant may use OpenAI services to classify your request, extract booking details you provide, and draft a relevant response. Automated output is subject to OORSVP rules, and sensitive matters such as payment confirmation, complaints, refunds, and support may be transferred to a staff member.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through Messenger.
4. When we share information
We may share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate OORSVP, including:
- Meta, for Facebook Page messaging, webhook delivery, advertising, and analytics.
- OpenAI, for AI-assisted message processing when the Messenger assistant is enabled.
- DigitalOcean and related infrastructure providers, for application hosting, storage, security, and backups.
- RCPayPlus and other payment providers, for checkout, payment status, and transaction processing.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, OORSVP, or the public.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Legal basis and your choices
We process information with your consent, to respond to your request or perform a service agreement, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate business purposes such as security, service improvement, and fraud prevention, as permitted by applicable law. You may decline to provide optional information, but some information is necessary to prepare an invitation, manage RSVPs, or complete a booking.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including completing an event project, responding to support requests, maintaining transaction and audit records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These include access restrictions, encrypted storage for application credentials, HTTPS transport, audit logging, and restricted storage for payment proofs. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask to access, correct, object to certain processing of, or delete personal information associated with you. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. International processing
Some providers may process information in countries outside the Philippines. When this occurs, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect information consistently with applicable privacy requirements.
10. Children
OORSVP is intended for adults arranging weddings and events. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 18. Event organizers should obtain any necessary consent before submitting information about minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
